John and Catherine left Ireland with at least five children and settled in Lanark Twp, Lanark County in Upper Canada.
John and Catherine's grandson John (1838-1916) relocated to Grey County, Ontario where he married Annie DAVISON*. John and Annie farmed in Sullivan Township.
