William Anstead, brick and tile maker, builder, &c. Local preacher. Born in London, England, in 1827. Settled in the County of Bruce in 1854, when he first acted in the capacity of preacher; and having a good knowledge of medicine, made himself of great use to the settlers as a doctor, there being no regular practitioner here. From 1862 to 1866 he was employed vaccinating the Indians of British Columbia and Mexico. Owns two park lots on Alma Street, Paisley, Con B 12 1/2 acres,
