Descendants of John DALGARNO & Margaret SANGSTER
Robert DALGARNO 1828-1893, a great-grandson of John and Margaret, emigrated to Canada in the 1850's settling on Lot 39, Concession A of Brant Township, Bruce County, Ontario by 1860. In 1867 he married Elizabeth GREGG 1843-1884.

Beatrice DALGARNO - BLACK (1916-2007), was raised in the Eden Grove area and author of The Early History of Eden Grove and Vicinity is a direct descendant of this family.
