Louis married Marie Louise HERVIEUX dit L'ESPERANCE, daughter of Jacques HERVIEUX dit L'ESPERANCE and Marie Madeleine JAMIN, on April 22, 1732 in Berthier, Montmagny, Quebec, Canada. Marie was born in May 1703 in Neuville, Portneuf, Québec, Canada3 and died on August 16, 1770 in Lanoraie, Montmagny, Quebec, Canada3 aged 67.
