SCOTT, Mabel Burnside Steele (R.N.)
Passed away peacefully, in her ninety-second year, on Thursday, September 21, 2006. A resident of North Toronto for over seventy-five years, Mabel graduated from North Toronto Collegiate and trained as a nurse at the former Grace Hospital, now Toronto Western Hospital. She married Andrew Owen Scott, whose memory she kept alive, and forever honoured, after his untimely death in 1956. She was loved and respected by patients, their children and even their grandchildren. Her strength, intelligence, spirit, and unwavering respect for all is a source of inspiration to everyone that knew her especially her family: Jane, John and Robert Owen Ready; George, Daničle and Andrew Scott; niece Mary Gai Brown (Ottawa); grandnephews Scott (Kathy) Brown and Bradley (Wendy) Brown; and great-grandnieces and nephews, Joanna, Michael, Carolyn, Kerri and Ryan. The family thanks her wonderful neighbours and friends for their love and many kindnesses. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery.

He was usually called Frank.
Frank married Lily Elizabeth HOPPER, daughter of (__?__) HOPPER. Lily was born on July 7, 1921 and died on November 16, 2010 aged 89.
