FRASER, Viola (née MEGRAW)
On Thursday, June 24th, 2004, died at home with her son and her cat by her side. Ola FRASER, beloved wife of the late Gordon D. FRASER (1991). Much loved and loving mother of Dale. Born October 31st, 1906, in Greenock Township (Paisley), she was the youngest of six daughters of Wallace MEGRAW and Christie BROWN. She was a school teacher in Paisley, Sprucedale and Hepworth before getting married in 1941 and moving to Collingwood in 1946. Survived also by ten nieces, four nephews and their offspring. Predeceased by five nieces and four nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, July 6th, 2004 at Fawcett Funeral Home, Collingwood Chapel, 82 Pine Street, at 11:00 a.m. In memoriam, donations to a Humane Society are appreciated by hungry little critters and by Dale.
Ola married Gordon D. FRASER in 1941. Gordon died in 1991.
