James married Barbara BARRON, daughter of James BARRON and Isobel WALKER, on June 22, 1800 in Minto Twp, Wellington Co, Ontario, Canada.1 Barbara was born in 1789 in Tyrie, Fraserburgh, Aberdeen, Scotland1 and died on March 20, 1851 in Tyrie, Fraserburgh, Aberdeen, Scotland1 aged 62.
