Joanne "Joan" (nee Stokes) Passed away surrounded by love at the Sarcee Hospice, June 26, 2011, at the age of 77, after a brave battle with cancer. Joan is survived by her devoted husband of 43 years, R. A. "Bob" Key. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Teri (John) Lubotsky of Crystal River, Florida; her son Bryan (Kathy) Key of Kelowna, as well as her three cherished grandchildren, Jessie Lubotsky, Logan Key and Julia Key. Joan was born in the Calgary General Hospital in 1934 and grew up in the Inglewood district, close to her Dad's (William Stokes) employment with the CPR. Some of her fondest memories were of trips she took with her mom (Helen Stokes), riding on her dad's train through the Canadian Rockies. Joan attended Western Canada High School and was employed by Western Canadian Saddlery, CPR and later in the oil industry. Joan's true calling however was investment banking, in which she was self taught and extremely intuitive. Much of her later years were spent in front of the computer, keenly following the market and working her magic. In
