Left Falcon Lake at 5:50 am CDT (Central Daylight Time, gotta watch those time zones) Temp. 8 C.
On the Winnipeg Bypass and could find a Tim Horton's until the last interchange,.. whew!.
At Portage La Prairie we turned onto Hwy 16, "The Yellowhead Highway", to Saskatoon.

Saskatchewan - not as flat as Manitoba
Had brunch in Yorkton, speed limit on #16 was 100 kph.
Past North Battleford the highway becomes four lane divided and 110 kph.
Arrived in Lloydminster at 5pm MDT and booked into the Ivanhoe Motel.
