The Adventure Canada staff went to Plan 'B' and reveversed direction, adding four new stops on the south and west coast starting at Cape St. Mary's, Garia Bay, Cox's Cove , Port aux Chois and then L'Anse aux Meadows. Unfortunately we did miss Red Bay, the Basque Whaling Station, in Labrador due to the ice still being in the Strait of Belle Isle. We then turned and completed the last part as per plan, Gros Morne; Francois, Conne River, Saint Pierre and back to St. John's.

Mid afternoon we boarded the Ocean Endeavour. A 137m. ship with 1B Ice Classification. Capacity 198 passengers and approx. 100 crew.

When we arrived on deck everyone received a glass of champagne..
