CHARLES LUCAS was born 1824 and 18 December 1828, in County Monaghan, Ireland. In 1857/58, he immigrated to Victoria from Tasmania. In 1860, he was a Dealer. In 1864, he was a Hawker. In 1865, Charles was a Hotel Keeper. In 1870, he was a General Dealer. In 1872, he was a Storekeeper. In 1873, Charles was a Cordial Manufacturer. In 1874, he was a Cordial Maker. Charles died on 29 December 1879, aged about 53, in Cobar, NSW, Australia.

Crime (1842-10-16) Charles Lucas/Livingston The Jurors for our Lady the Queen upon their oath present that Charles Livingston late of the Borough of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster Labourer and John Blake late of the Borough aforesaid Labourer on the 16th day of October, with force and arms at the Borough aforesaid entered the dwelling house of one Sarah Nickleys there situate feloniously did break and enter and thirty two pairs of boots of the value of nine pounds, eight pairs of shoes of the value of two pounds, four pairs of slippers of the value of ten shillings, one pair of pumps of the value of two shillings, one hat of the value of four shillings and one shawl of the value of four shillings of the goods and chattels of the said Sarah Nickleys in the said dwelling house feloniously did steal take and carry away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided against the peace of our said Lady the Queen, her County and dignity.) on 16 October 1842, aged about 16, in Liverpool, UK.
