1. Pieter Andriesz "Pier" LINDHOLM was born about 1715 in Copenhagen, , , Denmark and died on May 18, 1768 in , , , Asia about age 53. He was usually called Pier.

On the VOC site (The East India Company) there is mention of a ship's captain Pieter A. LINDHOLM. He captained the Wildrijk, based in Amsterdam, from Bengal to Texel via the Cape of Good Hope November 15 1755 to July 26 1756 and the Lycochton, based in Hoorn, from Texel, Noord-Holland to Batavia, Indonesia via the Cape of Good Hope from December 19, 1757 to July 27, 1758.
I have not made the connection but it is intreging since this name was quite uncommon in this area and the dates would work.

Pier married Catharina SMIT on September 5, 1756 in Hoorn, , Noord-Holland, Netherlands. Catharina was born about 1730 and died on June 28, 1804 in Hoorn, , Noord-Holland, Netherlands about age 74.

The child from this marriage was:

+ 2    i. Sijmon Pietersz LINDHOLM was born about 1740 and died on March 27, 1809 in Medemblik, , Noord-Holland, Netherlands about age 69.
